Default Installing 4" DiamondEye Exhaust

Hello all! I am new here so I hope I am starting this post off right. My question is common to most exhaust system replacement for later model trucks. I have 95 Chevy 6.5 duramax that I am currently removing the factory exhaust and installing a new Diamond Eye 4" exhaust system. While trying to remove the rusty bolts from the factory crossover pipe, most of them broke leaving part of the bolt in place. Has anyone got an easy solution to removing these? I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks

you can spray it down with PB Blaster and let it sit for a while. go to the parts store and get a stud remover. this works if you have more than 1/2-3/4 inch of bolt sticking out. if not you will have to drill it and replace it with a nut and bolt.

Little heat and a penetrating catalyst like PB Blaster. Weld a couple nuts on the studs, if possible, that way you can get a breaker bar and socket on em to help work em a little better while heat and oil is being applied.>>>>>>BTW, welcome to to DB!!!

Oh, and thanks for the welcome also!
This is my first diesel and I have been doing alot of research on the needed upgrades, the 4" exhaust is my first upgrade, next will be to relocate the PMD and add the cold air intake.

I don't believe you got a D-Max in her. 6.5 is still GM, but has a little Banks mixed in.
