Is it possible to clean the fuel filter? if so, how?
2006 dodge turbo diesel.

don't be so cheap.
change fuel filter every second oil change

Re-using a fuel filter is only inviting disaster. Your fuel injectors will hate you for it, and make you pay for it....big time. Injectors aint cheap!!!!
