Question Worried about truck going into limp mode

hello everyone,
I have come here today in hopes that I can get some questions answered. My work truck is a 2016 GMC Sierra 3500 and it has a medical unit mounted in the box. This truck sits on a work location and has to be warm. Unfortunately it’s the only truck out here at the moment so it runs all day and all night. This truck has already went into limp twice. My boss said after the first time that she deleted the codes. Then it went into limp mode again and this time she said they took out the injectors. Also this truck cannot leave location. I mean it literally sits and runs 24/7 and I am very worried it will go into limp mode again. What does it mean that she deleted the codes and injectors, and is there anytning I can do to prevent it from going into limp mode or ruining the engine?

Side note: I tried running extension cords to space heaters so the cab of the truck and the medic unit stays warm but the cords are too short from where I can plug in. I’m also 150km away from town in the bush. My options here are limited.

Thanks so much guys
