Default Need help selecting the right turbo for a crazy project

I've got a '65 crew cab international 3/4 ton pickup that I'm swapping an International tractor diesel into. The engine is a DT358, basically identical to a dt360 just older. It uses a VE pump but only ever turned to 2000rpm, I'm gonna be running it up to 3200rpm. It came with an older Garrett AiResearch TO4 turbo (TO4B94) but it was totally shot. Stock it was 135hp and I'm gonna be fueling it up to 300hp. Here's the specs on the stock turbo: 69mm 36 trim compressor, 74mm 71 trim turbine, .6 intkae housing A/R and .34 exhaust A/R. What would be a good turbo to upgrade to? I'm pretty sure I'm gonna need a bigger exhaust A/R because I'll be turning the engine faster. My buddy said use a stock cummins turbo which is I believe an hx35? I kinda wanted to stick with garrett because that's what's on all my tractors and I know they last, but I'm open to suggestions. I could rebuild my TO4b94 for around $60, but is it enough turbo? Also my manifold is a T4 twinscroll flange.
