Got my 5.9 12 valve industrial cummins rebuilt.put new industrial pistons/new head/Hampton cam (the smaller big stick)100up ducky injectors/turn stock pin to max location on the VE pump/updated lift pump to the piston style/replaced the hc1 turbo with a used HX30W turbo off of 24 valve dodge cummins..getting lot of black smoke when under load and most boost i have seen is around 10lbs. I unhook the west gate and the butterfly is stuck on turbo but looks to be stuck closed..do you think my turbo is bad and if so then who be good to send to to have rebuilt and what mods should I have done if any to turbo while having it rebuilt?
