I have 4900 I just got. It's 1996 flatbed tandem. It's 250hp 466. I slid the fuel plate forward all the way and now I want to make sure the timing is set to 19 but mine is not setup like the vid I've seen. With the plate slid forward I get very little smoke... governor is set to 2600rpm. So how do I check/adjust the timing on this truck? I'm running without gauges, I should be okay with intercooler on the truck correct?
