So I recently placed an order at "Farmtuned" for their Duramax package which includes the Autocal, egr block off plate, and 4 inch dp back exhaust. I am very very displeased with their company, I placed the order on Friday, here it is thee following Thursday and I have not received a single package nor have not received a single email stating the progress of my order, he wont answer/return my calls or emails, this standard is very unacceptable in my book, I've never had such a poor experience from a company such as this. I just though I would share my experience with y'all.

 

update on this "Farmtuned" this company is such a JOKE, he won't answer my phone calls, nor will he return my calls or return any of my emails, the customer service there is horrible, I ordered my parts almost 2 weeks ago and today I received ONLY my egr block off plate, I've never had to wait a week or more for parts.

Has anybody else had any problems like this from this company?

 

Hey bud I'm just now seeing this. I hope you received your order as described on the website. 3-5 business days for shipping of hard parts and 7+ days at times for tuners. I don't believe I ever received any emails nor phone calls from you because I'm pretty well known to be easy to get ahold of I do hope your truck runs as great as others.
