British boutique automaker Trident is announcing the debut of its Iceni sports car. However, instead of a Jaguar or Aston Martin V-12, the handsome coupe has a thoroughly American powerplant in the form of a 6.6L turbodiesel V-8 mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. If that sounds familiar, it's because it's none other than a Duramax diesel you can find under the hood of a Silverado or Sierra HD.
