Hi I have a 1991 7.3 idi with a banks sidewinder turbo. I'm looking at my glow plug controller because this thing does not start on cold morning and It looks like some wired are missing. There's one post directly across from the ground hookup with nothing on it and a wire with electrical tape just hanging out next to it.
