I have a 2006 6.0L f250 powerstroke. I bought it 2 years ago. I didn't research it so later I found out what I had. I own a lawn care business and the first day of mowing this year, the truck wouldn't start. $1700 for oil pressure issues. Assuming that my truck will incur the same problems as many others, I would like to get out from under it. I need a new truck for my lawn care business. I drive around 20k miles per year with a tandem axle trailer carrying 3,000 to 4,000Lbs. I need a 3/4ton with a crew cab long bed as I will be installing a dump insert and a leaf box to vacuum leaves into in the fall. I was told a half ton will be too small for that set up by the installers and a half ton crew cab doesn't exist from what I have seen. I have been bouncing back and forth between diesel and gas but I am more towards diesel. Besides the 6.0L I have is there anything 2008 or later I should stay away from? Also, please recommend something for me. Thanks
