I was looking on craigslsit for fun and found a 2002 7.3 powerstroke 105k with 8" lift, 37's, intake, straight piped with single 8" stack, Beans diesel 6 tune, intake, and body is mint asking 24k. I currently own a 03 cummins-details in my signature. When I bought this truck I was looking for a 7.3 and am generally a ford guy but the cummins is a great motor and got my truck for good price. I have grown to like my cummins and only dislike is wish I woulda got a bigger lift to a leveling kit. Should I just keep cummins and put money into it since I know what I have or trade for the 7.3 and use cash to make up difference? Only worry about the powerstroke is that it's factory auto trans never rebuilt and my cummins has a goerend with billet internals 15k. Would I gain anything going to the powerstroke? From what I can tell my cummins is making a lot more power and gets better mileage. Any ideas?
