that is a powerstroke ford started using them in 94 the first ones like that also have had a few block cracking issues similar to a 53 block cummins, they can crack on the side of the block and will fill the antifreeze with fuel, i have one sittin in the corner of the shop collecting dust for that very reason

That is a powerstroke... It should have a 5 speed behind it as well, the 94.5 only came with a manual, 95 started an auto...

There is nothing different from a 94 motor to a 95 motor. If you have a powerstroke putting coolant into the fuel, you have an issue with the INJECTOR CUPS in the heads. Remove and replace the cups and go on.

i started to do the cups on this engine because of that then found the crack.....so i called cale and he described this engine exactly down to the year and what it was doing when i asked him about a replacment block to fix it with

just like theres no difference in a 53 block and any other 5.9 block....except the location they were cast at

Again... You are incorrect.

Please tell me where the block can crack on a 7.3 and allow fuel to enter the coolant passages.

Sorry, its not possable.

There are no issues with 94.5 blocks cracking. NONE.

You beat me to it!!
Explain how fuel gets in the coolant through the block..taking into account basic operation and the simple concept of combustion....

Injector cup
Cracked block equals pressurized crank case, possibly cooling system, loss of compression, oil contamination, and a whole host of other fun things but fuel in coolant is NOT one of them...its not physically possible the way I see it, maybe a one in million luck shot?

motor runs well, no issues to speak of. whats got me worried is the fact that the truck came from the factory with the IDI motor and has been converted over to the PS. im hoping i won't run into too many gremlins when i start tuning it. it seems to be a very very clean install, guess i'll hope for the best

Are you sure it was a swap? There are 94 PSD's out there.
