Default 1991 Ford F250 4X4 Diesel Pick Up...questions

First off thanks to the members and moderators for excellant site.

For Martin aka Geckoman who I work with at MIA, I soon have the 1991 F250 7.3L Diesel 4X4 pickup.

(1) I going add a lift gate, which brand/model would you all recommend?
(2) I want a truck crane that mounts to the bed of the truck, which brand/model would you recommend?
(3) I need a winch any recommendations (to pull stumps and heavy tree branches on my farm)?
(4) Should stick with the plastic bedliner or get a sprayed on liner? Can also spray underneath the body frame/panels?
(5) The A/C needs fixing, have there been any issues with this system in the past?
(6) The truck is started not by a turn of the key, but a seperate wire push button switch. Is expensive to have orginal key switch replaced/repaired?
(7) The truck is a 4x4 model, if I want had a lift kit what height looks good, and which lift kit recomended?
(8) The front tires need to be replaced, should use stock tires or can go with bigger tires, if so what is the max size with out causing driveablity issues? Do bigger tires save on fuel?
(9) Does this truck engine have any issues except cavation?
(10) What the automatic transmission and transfer case, any issues?

Thanks, Paul

(6) The truck is started not by a turn of the key, but a seperate wire push button switch. Is expensive to have orginal key switch replaced/repaired? Not too expensive.
(7) The truck is a 4x4 model, if I want had a lift kit what height looks good, and which lift kit recomended? I have a Skyjacker on my truck, 4" is always a good height, depends on what tires you want to run.
(8) The front tires need to be replaced, should use stock tires or can go with bigger tires, if so what is the max size with out causing driveablity issues? Do bigger tires save on fuel? See above question. 4" lift with 35" tires looks good. No, it will not save you on fuel. Downsizing with no lift and smaller thinner tires will save with fuel.
(9) Does this truck engine have any issues except cavation? My old IDI leaked coolant. Other than that, I'm not too much of an IDI knowitall.
(10) What the automatic transmission and transfer case, any issues?

Thanks, Paul
