What Scott said. They bought a VERY small percentage of shares a while back, but at no point did they own cummins.

You can however get a Ferd with a cummins in it right now and have been able to for quite some time. You just have to check the box that says F650 at the build sheet. Then you can have a cat or a cummins.

Cummins however has developed a 4 cylinder diesel for use in the Nissan Titan, I've seen the pics of it installed and everything. That should be a pretty cool truck, and hopefully pushes the big 3 to put small diesels in their 1/2 tons.

I am all for 7.3L of dark chocolately, smokey, irrational goodness but a 4banger cummins/diesel in a truck is a smart idea for those with a 'weekend warrior' practical use.

I say build it and they will come.

5L V8? Those are some gnarly, small cylinders haha

I just wish the industry allowed the placement of diesels more. Its crazy we arent all diesel but I guess thats what makes it different!!
