Default slip yoke causing vibrations ?

Anbody solved any driveline vibrations performing the slip yoke service? I also have the shudder when pulling away from a stopped position! I am going to perform this service tonight but was just looking for some input,I will update the thread tomorrow! P.S 03 F250 crew lifted 4'.

Was sorta thinking someone would have chimed in by now! I did service the slip yoke the shudder from a stop is greatly decreased but the rumble/vibration at 80 to 100kmh is still there, any suggestions?

Ok so I raised the rear and placed it in stands started the engine and set the cruise at 100 looked for any thing unusual and seen nothing. Next I shimmed the hanger bearing down 1.5' and still the vibration was there, rotated the shaft at the diff 180 degrees and still didnt solve the issue. Next I removed the rear shaft and ran the engine up to 2000 rpm in gear and the vibration was still there did the same after removing the front shaft and the vibration was gone! Now I inspected the shaft that includes one hanger bearing and one U joint, the bearing is only 6 months old and still looks like new as I havent used the truck much lately as I have had the engine apart rebuilding the turbo ,deleting the EGR and creating a oil catch system as well as replacing the oil cooler. So I was left looking at a OEM original cardan joint. I removed the joint from the shaft and it looked OK still had grease and moved freely before removal with zero play while on the truck. I am going to install a new joint tomorrow if that fails it is off to the driveline shop to balance a drive shaft that by all means passes the visual inspection for damage or runout! Will keep the updates coming, however I am feeling lonely here,BRRRRR very cold.

So I replaced the front joint and the vibration was still there so I went to the shade tree book of knowledge and found a large hose clamp and proceeded to wrap it around the vibrating shaft. I tightened it leaving the portion that houses the worm gear several spots till I found a sweet location and whala the vibration was almos gone so I added a second clamp, now no vibration! Next step is to take the complete shaft to a driveline shop for balancing! Hope this may help some poor soul with a simular issue.
