Default cold air intake box

Hey guys, I just installed an S&B airbox on my 2009 F-250 6.4, it went together pretty easy, took about an hour. It work great for about 30 miles, and then I got the check engine light. I check everything, all clamps and fittings are tight. Any suggestions out there?

Did it have an intake sensor on the stock setup? If so did you put it on the new setup? If so then it's possible that the new intake is allowing considerably more air and it's freaking out the computer. Don't know much about the 6.4L so I can't be too much help but. Hope it helps a little.
