In '00 did the 7.3L PSD come with garrett turbos or was this an upgrade done by the previous owner? Thanks, Sixpack

Ummm Yes it was an Upgrade, or Yes it was factory?

It could be an upgrade. But They did come from the factory with a Garrett Turbo on them

Does anything look changed for a differnt turbo? other wise It will be a stock Garret.
