are they that bad?

When do they go (head studs) ?

do they go because of the chip kits?

Too hard on the head?

I do not plan to do any more engine mods other than the SB air kit i installed...

I installed the air kit to keep dirt out and inprove air flow ..lowering the egt

I've seen completely stock trucks blow head gaskets at 25,000 miles while a suped up 6.0 didn't blow till 100,000 miles.

I blew mine at 60,000 towing a trailer with no tuner.

i changed the transmision remote filter...it was very dirty

i changed the pan filter and gasket from nappa

i put in 8 liters of mercon sp

i bought 9 litres , kept one for a spare

there was some dirt on the drain magnet....

I am glad i changed both filters and oil with 191,000 miles

Now i have changed all the fliuds except for power steering and coolant...

The rad was changed last year and the coolant looks clean (green)

The only tuner I would run on a 6.0 is a SCT.
