Having lot of fun trying to install a new gear box on my 2001 f350 4x4 7,3 liter.

I cannot seem to line up the coupler to install the pinch bolt?

spread the couper wider with a large screw driver and then give it another try.

Someone here can offer some tricks/tips.

 

Make sure your groove is lined up
maybe try running the bolt in oppisite side first thread first to help line it up
need more spec on your problem
