Default Transmission slipping in gear 5 patc trans 5R110

I was going up a hill on the road it's a long pull but never had a problem especially empty, I kinda stepped on the fuel to get it to downshift and when it did it was just like missing a gear and going to neutral, so I quickly pulled it into 3 and continued on and it did the same thing again When I bumped or up to D, my wrench light came on and I've got a code that's telling ,e the ecm has lost contact with the tcm, it didn't like ram into gear none off that and the worst part is the trans doesn't have any miles on it and it's never slipped at all, the oil coolers went out in the engine was in it and it took a year to find a good deal on another, wrecked service truck with 25000 on engine for 4500$ did good there then another year making it the way I wanted, so patc warranty is out plus they changed owners and there info doesn't go back past ten years.
I took the pan off no excessive metal on plug, first I returned it to stock and got it backing up but slipping, then pulled the pan, there were two bolts laying in the pan that obviously fell out, but none that held solenoid' and fluid looked fine, could it of ruined a band that quick? I hate this because I just got it back, was driving a dodge, blah amd now I'm back in it till I get this fixed, any suggestions would be extremely appreciated thank y'all so much!!!!!
