Default Hard cold Start

I have a 2001 7.3 that is dealing me fits. It is hard to start, cold. I have changed the HPOP the Pressure solenoid, the fuel pressure sensor. I have pulled the covers and check for oil leaks around the injectors but did not see any. I replaced the fuel filter and changed the oil. I have checked the oil level in the HPOP reservoir and it is within 1". As of yesterday it would start and run for a few seconds then die. It acts like it is running out of fuel. I can hear the fuel pump cycle every time I turn the key on. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

I went ahead and replaced the O-rings on all the injectors, I also replaced the cam sensor. It will start and run now but it has to crank about 15 to 20 seconds before starting.

I am still have some issues with starting. If I plug the truck up it will start like a new one. If I leave it sit during the day without plugging it up it is hard to start. I think I have changed everything except for the fuel pump. I have purchased a new one but yet to get it installed. He other suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks

You may need to service the fuel check valves, I had an issue like this one recently and sure enough the check valves were stopped up only allowing some fuel to get through, there are some mods out there too. I would also flush the galleries being careful not to get a bunch of fuel all in your face, use a fitting and a line to a container, )
