Want to put 1999 7.3 in 2005 f250 with 5.4

Want to put 1999 7.3 in 2005 f250 with 5.4. 1999 f250 is complete would like to know I would have to do to change over. or a contact in south Texas to do this change over. Any HELP, THANKS
