Default Difference between the 94-98 and the 99-03 7.3's

So other than the body style what is the difference between these models? Is there a reliability issue with one over the other?

Not much... Motors are pretty much identical with the exception of the fuel system is electric on the SD's and turbo is different. Injectors are larger in the SD's... The SD's ride better... The OBS trucks are sexy as hell.. SD trucks are intercooled. Transmissions are different. Both are similarly reliable...
