Default 203* thermostat

does anybody use a 203 degree thermostat and if so, do you notice a difference? is it worth using?

what's the best degree thermostat to run?

Other than warmer heat and suckier ac until I added a ball valve. I know a lot of people claim INternational designed the t444e to run at 203... But ford designed your cooling system.
