2001 Ford F250
To test the ICP, simply unplug it and try to start. Also check the plug for oil. If there is oil in it, or it runs unplugged, the ICP needs to be replaced.
You can go get a high pressure guage and swap it out with the ICP sensor and see how much pressure you get when you crank. It has to be over 600 PSI to start. If you go this route buy a 1000-3000 PSI guage or if you push oil into the guage with a 600 PSI guage your ok...

What i believe to be te ICP sensor is to the right of the fuel bowl, i unplugged seems like alot of fuel or oil is on the plug when i removed, when unplugged made no change in starting. Motor continues to crank but not start.
