Default HELP new terminator t500 and now want start.

Changed hpop and lines on my 02 yesterday an now cannot get it to start cranked on it probably 30 min or more. I changed oil at same time. Filled resivoir. Tried unhooking icp ipr buzz tested injectors has90 psi of fuel pressure an ice jumps to 2000when cranking. I switched lines around. Double an triple checked all connections. Im not getting any smoke while cranking. Out of ideas.

If your getting ICP pressures the HPOP is working... How are you reading the ICP pressures? The IPR needs to be plugged in or the truck will not start.

I'm not too worried about the HPO res, if your getting 2000psi, then its getting oil to the res.

Did you do any other work?

Checked gear bolt... Tight, torqued at 100ft lb, checked resivoir again. Full. I swapped the cps sensor cause it was randomly dieng. I also swapped the ipr, icp trying to fix it an the next step was the hpop.
