To check the HPOP reservoir level, you pull the plug on the top of it and stick something down in there...

Have you done a compression test?

It's possible but I don't think it's your problem... Does the truck start fine when warm or if you plug it in?

How are your batteries? How old is the oil? Where did the injectors come from? Some more info would help I think... Did this just all of a sudden happen or what?

Do you have access to a scanner?

Where did you get your injectors from?

When it starts does it romp at all? Or just start and blow some smoke for a few seconds?

Have you checked the glow plug relay to insure its working? Turn the key on and check it with a test light, if your not getting power across it, your not getting power to the glow plugs!

I thought this thread was started because it won't start... It does start and run sometimes?
