I found it! Just replaced the UVC gasket and harness and all seems to be fine now. Everything looked good visually with the gasket and harness and tested fine as far as I could tell. I had replaced this already about 2 years ago on both sides, but I guess it doesnt suprise me to much. Replacement parts never seem to last as long as the OEM parts from the factory. I guess I better keep a spare on hand. Thanks eveybody for your help! Glad to have my truck back.

They are from NAPA. Probably should get them from Ford next time.

napa parts aren't bad. but next time i would do ford.

Ill probably do Ford Parts next time. I think they are a bit more money, but its worth it if they last longer.
