Personally I wouldn't buy a truck with a 10 inch lift and 38 inch tires.tires are probAbly 1500-2000 and they won't last that long comapred to smaller tires on road, Also lifts cause more wear and tear on on suspension components and drivetrain and that can add up quick. I'd keep looking man 15,000 seems steep for 164,000 rebuilt trans or not.

Let's put it this way I had a 99 ext cab, loaded, 174xxx miles, chip, gauges, exhaust, intake, stereo, and brand new tires couldn't give it away best offer I got was 8500 from some kid, its tough out there.

getting a pickup with a lift that high totaly defeats the purpose. can you tow with it? no. you might as well get a jeep. keep looking.

No, but I'd be looking it over real good because it's a 6.0, ask him if he's ever done deletes or he's studs.03's may have not been a problem year but I'm not sure, ask mdub or 03 powerstroke for clues, there 6.0 guys.
