Default mbrp exhaust

i bought the mbrp cool dual exhaust system for my 2003 7.3l and it came with the muffler and was wondering even though there is a muffler for this kit and its way smaller than the stock muffler does it still push the EGTS out and sound great? ( compared to straight pipe ) i havent installed it yet because i dont know if i need to straight pipe it

MBRP uses a high flow muffler so flow will be fine. Sound all depends on your personal preference.

It's physically smaller, but unlike the stock muffler the MBRP is more like a big straight through resonator.

Run it with the muffler, if you don't like it then remove it...
