My 01 F250 tonight died on me, started it back up lost some power. When I put it in park it was skipping and reving up lots of white smoke. The OD light on shifter is blinking. I don't know what's wrong this is my forts diesel.

 

Sounds like you lost an injector nozzle...

White smoke smell like raw fuel?

 

It might help to find someone with a code reader and get the codes read... Usually blinking OD means code stored.

 

Need a little more info. Could be injectors harness connector loose for the rough run and lack of power. The OD light would have to have the code pulled.
