Im buying a set of tires of my buddy and they are 285 75 r16s will they fit on my stock wheel? 2001 f250 pretty sure its the 7" wide wheels.

They will fit. I have them on my stock wheels...

U can go too like 315 with a lil bit of rub...

I know they won't rub I just don't want them to bow up

I was running 315s on stock wheels. You will be fine.

I ran 285 BFG's on stock rims for a few years, nothing to worry about
