Default 7.3L turbo problem

I have a 2001 7.3L with stock turbo and slight modifications, so I am just trying to get ideas on which step would be better.

First of all I have a problem with I went from building 30psi to now only 15psi on a good day. Alomg with losing a lot of oil. Which is more than likely a bearing.

So which would be better go ahead and repair stock turbo. Or a larger turbo to handle my mods and get EGT down along with future performance upgrades.

My next 3 upgrades are down to big oil, stage 2 or mild stage 3's, and now the turbo.

So I am currently looking into a new turbo and have looked at the 38r. But what is the best turbo and why?

I would skip the 38R and go with a Midframe turbo, Be it a T4 or T4i turbo...

H2e, S300, GQQSB...

What are the advantages of going with a modded H2E? Im trying to decide if its worth the extra money for the T4mount and what type of boost PSI will I see?

go with the bigger turbo if you are going to run bigger mods . not sure what is good on the market but if you want a pull truck and you got the money go for a supercharger made by empire i heard they work amazing but cost 10k

ask around on the bigger turbo id highly recommend getting a bigger turbo

You better have a full build if you get the empire kit.

Its really not "extra" money to go to a mid frame once you take into account you are getting new up pipes, new mounting kit, new down pipe and all the other crap. By the time you sell those things, even very cheap, you will be at or below the cost of a 38R.

You can get a S366 with a very nice mount kit for just a tick over 2k.

I talked to the local turbo dealer in town that does everything from stock to wild. And after talkin about all the options, my plans, and my truck. He mentioned that I should go with a 38r do to the low rpms I have, do to large tires on the truck. So still not sure what setup would be best.
