hey guys i got a quick ? for ya i have done some reading and it says i have a early99 7.3 and i bought a dp turner f-6 off my buddy before he sold his truck. i tried to hook it up but it wont work cus we have different pcm numbers. so here my ? mine says XLE4 what would be a up grade from that one? thanks for the help

 

You can either buy the pcm code the chip is tuned for or send the chip in and get it reburned for the pcm you have now.

 

Ok but I was reading on here that if I went to a like 01 PCM my cruis light would work and it would make the shifts better and hgive it a Lil more life to the truck

 

Well that will basically give u what ur programmer will without the programmer u are limited too what your stock injectors and turbo will flow... so if u got the pcm and programmed it it probly max em out and get close too the most u can outta the stock stuff...
