Hey guys I'm just getting a 2003 f350 and i wanted to get it to smoke out my friends on occasion because my friend ha a 2007 gas dodge and thinks its good so I wanna teach his pretty little white truck a lesson. I just want a programmer so what is the best one and can you turn it off and on. Thank you.

From adding a chip? Unlikely... All that's gonna happen is his wallet it gonna hurt from the wasting of 4$ a gallon fuel and his buddy is still probably gonna be making more power so his ego might suffer...
