Isn't getting fuel to the fuel pump. Use basically as a farm truck. Almost 250,000 miles. Any advise?

No fuel in bowl. We have checked all fuses, changed fuel pump, changed cam sensor, checked fuel filter (looks good), it has power going to the fuel pump, we have checked everything we know. It is not getting fuel to the pump at all.
