Default High idle module?

So it got down to 20 degrees or so last night here in Ohio, I got up about 530 and went outside to start truck up started a little rough but fired, well went inside to watch news, pack lunch for work etc. And I heard my trucks engine idle higher like someone got in it and pressed the go pedal, so I walk outside and look Noone around look at my tach and sure enough it's at about 1,100. What I was wondering is where would a high idle control module be on the truck? I was never told it had one when j bought it in the summer. Just curious.
Thanks
Adam

Its in the programing of the PCM.

Part of the cold weather package. No added module.

Oh ok. So it's factory from ford? That's pretty neat. Learn something new everyday.

no but with the high idle tune you can get into higher RPMs right away and not have to wait for the PCM.
