i have heard if you get the loping tune that it can break your crank shaft? so i was wondering if yall had heard anything about that or personal experience?

 

Not true...

However I personally think a lope tune is dumb.

If I want my truck to run like chit then I will break something.

 

i had it and its a fun novelty tune, thats all its good for, but no it will not break your crank shaft, and after idle the truck runs fine, at idle it lopes, but after you give it throttle it stops and runs just fine in the lope idle tune

what does the lope tune do exactly?

 

as far as i know its just for sound, to make your truck sound like you have a big cam in it and smoke alittle while at idle

I just bought a 97' 7.3 PS, my truck is lopes when I start it. HOW do i know if it is this tune you guys are talking about? I WANT IT GONE!!!
