Thanks everyone for the advice, now I'm not so worried about getting copper showing, I got ahold of bill the other day and e said Ithe chip may have ground out in one way or another and cause it to erase memory or something to that effect, so he old me to send it back in and he'll check it out, when I get it back hopefully before turkey day I'll clean my PCM throughly one last time and pray it works.. Again thanks all so much. On a side note what's the best and easiest way to mount **** onto dash?
