Default whistle on drvrs side while driving but no whistle while stopped?????

hey guys,
this thing is about to drive me nuts i have a 2003 ford f-350 super duty lariet with the 7.3 powerstroke with 214,000 miles on it, all stock no mods other than a super chip set to performance mode, but when it gets cold out i hear a whistling sound from the driverside as i drive and as i slow down and almost to a stop it quits, have checked all of drivetrain (thinking it might be a u-joint ) all is good, sounds more like a whistle than a sqweek, there is a electric fuel pump on the rail on the driver side was wondering if that could possibly be the culperat, eng runs and idle fine no problems there, regularly change fuel filter every other oil change at 10,000 milesm any help with this would be greatly appreciated thnks in advance.

i hate to say this bud but it may be a wheel hub assembly going mine squeaked like crazy till i got it fixed I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GET THIS CHANGED IF THIS IS THE PROBLEM. take it to the shop it sounds like a wheel hub aslembly they aren't cheep to fix but its a must have

or whistle depends on the person take it into the shop they should be able to diagnose it for free

I had a similar problem. It turned out that my fuel pump was trying too push past a dirty filter. I thought I was golden because I just changed it. The sound was exactly as you explain it. Check the filter again I did and I ended up having to replace it even though I thought it was clean. I had filled up my tank with a bunch of crap and it was pushed right to that filter.
