Default TW TS chip issues

I finally got the chip installed and have some mixed emotions about it. wondering if yall can help me out.
setting 1 is obviously stock.
setting 2 was supposed to be smoke. it smokes but pulls pretty decently (has a definite power increase).
setting 3 is supposed to be towing.. runs like stock.
setting 4 was supposed to be daily.. feels stock.
setting 5 street.. feels stock.
setting 6 extreme. boy is she extreme

think there is something wrong here, maybe i installed it wrong somehow? also it has 7 clicks on the ****... is that supposed to be like this? i know i am a pain im just trying to figure this out. do i maybe just have a bad chip?

There should only be 6 clicks on the ***. Those can be changed. As to the performance of the tunes, should check with the person who programmed it. Since there is an extra click, maybe tunes are out of place. I'm not familiar with TW tunes, so can't help ya there.

Could be a number of things... You need to talk with him and/or get your truck on a scanner and see some values while in each tune..

On the 6 position switch. There is a metal ring under the star washer and nut. The metal ring has a tab that should be installed in the number 6 hole...... it may have fell off at some time before installing it and it got put back in the wrong position. I have seen this happen several times. just remove the selector switch ****, nut, and star washer. Remove the switch out of whatever you have it mounted. Remove the metal ring and check where the tab is located. Make sure it is in number 6.... reinstall correctly...
