Alright while I was pulling my 4wheelers on a little trailer. I was hitting 900*f and 1100*f up a long hill. But if I'm driving it hard it will try going past 1600*f. The truck is all stock except a TS performance chip. The pyro probe is in the driver side manifold before the flange. Im sure I have missed some details for you guys but what are somethings I should do?

1250* is the red line for extended times... Few seconds/ minute above 1200* and your fine...

Pulling that light of a load your 900-1100* temps sounds fine.

Larger turbo or more free flowing turbo, Larger exhaust, Larger exhaust housing, Better tuning, Water injection, Down shifting and bring the RPM's up...

Do you have an auto or manual trans? 1600* is pretty hot...

like csipsd said theres a lot of stuff you can do (water meth injection is one that will cool it down alot form what i hear) but i would say the first step would be to get an exhaust so you can get those hot gasses out of the engine as fast as possible.

get an exhaust. a straight pipe on a stock system doesn't get you very far. then water/ meth.
