Default Cab leak and electrical issues

This all started when I found my batteries dead. Had a bolt pop out of my windshield visor and we had some heavy rain for the last few days. I had some water (small amount, not a flood) on the passenger floor mat and a visible drip from the passenger pillar.

After charging the batteries I now have the ABS and SRS lights stuck on (even after pulling the batteries to reset things). I'm also getting a buzzing noise randomly from the headlight switch which goes away when I turn the dome light on. I'm assuming there are several items in the dash which are wet and shorting out??? Also my google-fu found references to a bad multifunction switch would also cause these odd issues.

Anyone have any experience with something similar? It's been raining for days so drying out the cab is a little impossible right now.

Chased it down to a corroded fuse panel under the dash. Does anyone know if the E99 fuse panel is different from the later years of the same generation? I'm heading to a junk yard tomorrow.

Update, Years 99 and 00 will work. There are two options you need to lookout for. If your truck has the power package (power windows, locks, etc) or if you have an secondary fuel tank. I found a fuse panel from an 00 that matched my truck, $30 from a salvage yard. The dealer wanted $250 for a new one.
