Default 5 inch vrs 4 inch vrs banks exhaust thingy vrses stacks

heard the banks turbo exhaust side gives a 40 percent increase in flow. The other stuff I was looking at was mbrp.

I heard the 5 kills the bottom end needs more fuel. I figured with the bigger exhaust it would flow easier giving me more power and mpg.

Is banks exhaust better in any way than mbrp?

To be honest with you, exhaust is exhaust. You will never run the horsepower numbers where you need to start figuring out flow %...

Banks stuff is good quality stuff but it will perform very similar to an MBRP exhaust...

Pick a maker who offers a good deal and run it.

You wont lose any 'bottom end power' by getting a larger exhaust, thats .

I love my 5"

EDIT: Oopsies. Sorry.

as said above they are all the same. the only real differences would be 1 the money u pay for the logo and 2 the quality. banks/magnaflow/mbrp and the other big names are all good quality...but im sure there are come out there making stuff our of cheap parts.

i got basically a patchwork exhaust. In other words, i bought a 4" stainless downpipe, 6' of 4" straight pipe and a used dual 4" into 5" stacks kit. all the joints use stainless band clamps to seal it up, (minus the u bolt style clamps that came with the stacks, which I am going to trade out real soon) and I have no issues with it. I have a total of $350.00 into my complete exhaust.
