Default lost programmer.... need to remove tune!

I live in a place where they do emission testing every year and if you have a tune on your truck it will not pass... well I have the test tomorrow morning and when I looked for my programmer I can not find it anywhere...

I know that I could go to the ford stealership and have them reflash my truck but that will cost money I don't have at the moment....

Any suggestions? the truck is a 01 f250 with the 7.3 and the programmer was a edge Evolution Programmer ( I know not the best but it was given to me and helped get my mileage back up to 16mpg)...

What setting do you have it on? If its on the tow setting it might pass with the tune on...

it is on the tow setting... I don't have any gauges so I didn't run it up any higher... I will see tuesday when they test the truck... I'm going to play dumb and say its stock the way I bought it...

well I had it tested with the tow tune still in place and it passed... the standard is 20 and it passed with a 1.8 at 50 mph and a 5 at wot.... the tester told me it was the cleanest 7.3 he has seen in a while!!!

and two days later I found my programmer...
