150-175..not on stock injectors.

Expect 100-120 RWHP tops.

Stock injectors you will NOT get more then 310-320 RWHP... Period. A tuner can call there tunes anything they want, facts are facts, 140cc per 1000 will net you 300rwhp.

More than just a "tune".

THEN you get to find out just how much the rest of the drivetrain needs to be beefed up to handle 450+.

It will take a substantial amount of money to hit the 450+ mark and still be reliable enough to play with....otherwise that's money spent on making power you can't use.

ok im retardedly stupid, i know, but on an E99 they will create even less power then the identicle truck that is a late99 correct?

with that being said, an intake, exhaust, a ts style chip and an upgrade from the 15* HPOP to a 17* HPOP (with the HPOP crossover lines) is worth approximately 300-310RWHP and 600-620 FT/LBS, total, if I understand all this correctly

now that would also be on the extreme setting for my TW, right? what about daily or street settings?

The power difference between the E99 and the 99.5-03 trucks is barely perceivable. You take two 7000+ lb. rigs with a difference of 10-20 HP, you're not going to feel it.

Yes, 300 or so RWHP is attainable with tuning on a stock 99 truck with tuning. The chip style does not matter (TS with whatever tuning or DP-Tuner's F5/6/8 style).

Sometimes street/mileage/towing programs make more power than extreme or max. power settings because the oil pressure tanks so badly with excessive pulse width. Keeping the injector pulse width lower while being able to maintain 2800+ PSI is better for power production.

There are a couple ways to go about it, but low ICP and stupid-high pulse width does make more power at a lower RPM...just a longer push on the piston. However, power falls off sharply when doing this. Also, you run into stupid amounts of smoke and a whole lot of heat being created.
