Default how do you remove the damn turbo down pipe?

OK i am trying to replace my exhaust right now and my damn down pipe wont come off. I have a 4" Diamond eye to put on and i loosened the band clamp thingie where it attaches to the turbo, but alas i can get it off. its almost like its welded on... any advice? once i get that off it should be smooth sailing to get the down pipe, straight pipe and stacks done.... HELP!!!!

Penetrating lubricant and some time to soak.

Then a small pry bar between the housing flange and the clamp lip.

Most times when I find one stuck, a little shot of BP blaster and if you just wait a second....

Ping...

and it pops off all by itself.

LOL

Slow the drill down and tip it ever so slightly. Then when the saw breaks through work it accordingly. I've done it that way for years and has always worked for me.
