I tend to not sugar-coat things or beat around the bush when explaining things. I used to, but my recent dealings in customer service have taught me that it's easier just to say what is what. I'm not a people person, but I manage.

I hate people, people are stupid and the general population shouldnt be allowed to reproduce. Thats all people want is a nice thick layer of sugar coating, because when the sugar has been all ate up by the ants people get their panties all in a wad, get their little girl feeling hurt and then dont want to believe the truth, especially bad here in Ca because, well I am sure you know why.

php.. them last numbers came from my trip (miles), divided by the gallons that i put in, right off of the pump at town pump.. my cousin was with me last i did it.. i did it twice because i didnt believe it myself. and yes i know it is possible cause one of my dads fords, 2001, just has an intake and chip and it gets 18-19 consistently, when not pullin a trailer. and yes a can do math, placed at a national math contest and got a 35 on my math on the ACT not once, but twice

like i said, that is strictly HIGHWAY mileage. when i stop at a stoplight or anywhere in town,, well,, thats a different story on the mileage

I agree with the notion of "it is what it is". I just put a chip, intake, and exhaust on my truck and I will be watching the mileage closely driving normal. If there is no difference after the mods, then I will hot rod the **** out of it because it makes me happy!

Highway Miles - I cannot believe this From Golden Colorado to Northeast Albuquerque. 493 miles. I just filled up 22.7 gallons (stopped at first click both times). 21.7 mpg. And that is driving 75-80 mostly 80 (speed limit is 75). Minimum elevation 5000 ft above sea level, it is not flat here. Everything stock, used Diesel Kleen. E rated tires at 65 psi. 2001 F350 with a manual. 2 adults 2 kids. About 500 lbs in the bed.

This makes me smile. We will be towing the horse trailer with 2 Percherons, a Thoroughbred and a big pony. Don't know how heavy that will be to Flagstaff AZ next 2 weeks. Will report again.

i have installed a bullydog GT tuner and it was telling me i was getting 22 MPG on a road trip - i had a ear to ear grim ---- until i calculated my MPG manually - more like 14

thats running 37's with a 6" lift and a 01 F-350 4X4 and 4:30 in the rear - changed out the stock 3:73 due to the towing i will be doing along with a few goodies.

i don't know if i trust my odometer with the larger tires though
