Default rear main seal

i need to replace my rear main seal on my truck and since the tranny is out nows the time to do it, is there a special way to remove the flywheel or to put it bac on? and any helpfull tips or hints on replacing the rear main would be great.

are you sure it's the rear main? on my bosses truck, his turbo pedistool o rings leak a little bit and oil runs down the back of the engine. but i'm not entirely sure if the rear main can be done with the engine in the truck...
