Default Beep while truck is running

OK, the truck is in the sig. To the best of my knowledge everything else is factory, and original on the truck, 211,988 miles. Problem - For the last 6-7 months I would get a faint beep from time to time, almost like a door ajar or check engine alarm. But no lights, CEL, or anything...the truck was running normal. Today on the drive home it was going crazy, resembled a morse code message during a WWII movie. I remember previous threads about it, but can't seem to find them. The truck hasn't been scanned yet...I know, I know...but hope to get it done soon. Any ideas or input?

Yeah, like a warning buzzer of sorts. Didn't do it at all today.

After pulling my E99 out of storage I had issues with the door sensors. I ignored it for awhile and I'd get the occasional beep while driving. Picked up a can of wd40 and blasted the door catches to clean the door ajar sensors. Haven't had the door ajar light come back on since and the beeping has stopped. Not sure if that's helpful, but...

I'd say check the fuses first and then scan it.

Update, I went the door door sensor route. I couldn't find any wires going to my door, it's an XL, but I cleaned the latches with a heavy dose of WD-40 and BrakeKleen, getting inside the doors the best I could without tearing the panels off. No beeps yet, hoping it did the trick.
